Redefining Productivity

How do we engage in self-care and community care that sustains us during times of upheaval when we need it most?

Redefining Productivity is a combination of facilitated discussion and group coaching. Participants are encouraged to take up space and engage around what these topics look like for them, what's been helpful, and what's been unhelpful. I’ll be supporting while we co-create a container where we can be brave and talk about the important and potentially messy things about what self-care and preservation really means in a tumultuous present.

New Dates Coming | Sliding Scale

The thing about being productive is that it can mean a lot of things to each one of us. Do you ever feel like being productive defines your worth somehow? Is it hard for you to take a breath and rest because you feel like you should be doing something? Are you just kind of tired of the onslaught of hustle culture applauding killing yourself with "up leveling”?

The Good News: It's okay to have goals, aspirations, dreams, to-do lists. Growth is vital to our wellbeing and nourishing ourselves with accomplishment is a very worthwhile venture. Be all of the greatness you can be when you feel like being great!

The REST of The Good News: You are also allowed to just exist! You're still great! Downtime and decompression, taking time to connect with those around you (physically or virtually), hiding in a cozy chair with a book, listening to your favorite podcast, taking a damn nap, staring at the sky and daydreaming - also all things that are perfectly fine and good for you to do. In fact, they are really really WONDERFUL and RESTORATIVE things for you to engage in. You are not your productivity!
